Warranty & Repairs

At Henry and Conley, we stand behind the craftsmanship of every piece we create.  As part of our commitment to lasting care, we include a reminder card with every order in inviting you to contact us approximately one year after purchase for a complementary annual cleaning and inspection. 

Each design is carefully produced and inspected before it leaves our atelier.  We guarantee your work against manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. If a concern arises related to craftsmanship, please contact us promptly and we will assess the peace and make it right.

Because find jewelry is worn and love daily, normal wear, accidental damage, improper care, or third-party alterations are not covered under our warranty. We strongly recommend removing jewelry during strenuous activity, and having prongs, checked periodically to maintain long-term security.

We are always happy to advise on care, resizing, and repairs even beyond the warranty. Should your piece ever need attention, simply reach out to us and we will guide you through the next steps.
