All pieces at Henry & Conley are made to order, allowing for a higher level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. Each design is thoughtfully developed and carefully produced to meet the standards we set for every piece that leaves our atelier.

For custom pieces, we guide you through selecting your stone, refining your design, and approving your piece before it is made. We act as your advocate throughout the process—making sure every detail is clear, every expectation is met, and the final piece reflects exactly what you envisioned.

Each order follows a clear, step-by-step process so you always know what to expect from start to finish.

 

➡️Steps to a Custom Jewelry Order

• a. Choose your diamond with us
• b. Choose setting design, metal and ring size 
• c. Quote Prepared
• d. Quote sent to you for approval

➡️Pre-Production:

• a. Custom Order created 
• b. Purchase made and order is created
• c. CAD is created for you and I to discuss and approve
  

➡️Production:

• CAD approved by you and I
• Setting goes into production. Process is approximately 2 weeks 
• Mounting of diamond in setting( 1-3 days) 
• Inspection, pictures and we ship to you
  

We update you at each milestone or when there is new information.
